The drive from Paris to the coast is scenic and calm, but the true highlight of the trip is crossing the English Channel. At Pet & People Transport, we always choose the Eurotunnel (Le Shuttle).
Why? Because it completely eliminates separation anxiety. During the 35-minute crossing from Calais to Folkestone, Mocha stayed inside our vehicle right next to her owner. There were no noisy ferry car decks, no leaving her alone, and no stress. She simply took a well-deserved nap while we zoomed under the channel.

After passing smoothly through UK border control (thanks to all the pet travel documents being perfectly in order), we continued our drive through the English countryside directly to their new front door in Reading.
